It's Monday and Still No TA
There's not a lot of news to report. We got a translation of Leena's paperwork and found that they call her Chewer which means Little Piggy or Chubby Baby. So, it would appear that Leena FINALLY has something in common with her Mom. She likes to sleep, and (lucky me) gets up at 7 a.m., naps from 11-1:30 p.m. and goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. Now, if I could just get her to work her charms on the staff at the SWI and make a break for the United States. I'm certain the border patrols would fall under her spell and let her fly on over. She and the other girls need to form a posse and go for it.
In other news, we're waiting for news of or TA or Travel Approval which means we are allowed to enter the country and begin the process of getting a Consulate Appointment (CA). Many of my fellow 11/18 LID friends have already gotten their TAs and have their CAs and flight information. We have nothing. Our agency said we could get it by the end of this week, so we can only wait and watch the emails. At the end of day one, we still have no word. We've come to expect that if it can take the longest, most difficult path to come, it will. That is our life of late and most definitely the process of this entire adoption.
We've been given our travel group information and we will travel with 12 others. It would appear that most of the group is from the Philadelphia/NJ area. The question of course is, do I wear my Steeler jersey? Or, will I be risking life and limb? Hmmmmmm?????
Well, the dogs are downstairs and being way too quiet, so I better dash to make sure no damages are being done.

...sigh... I was waiting for news of your travel today, but maybe tomorrow. It WILL come and before you know it, you'll be on your way to exotic China, to bring home your little bundle of joy!
We are sending good thoughts your way, and all the way to China!
