Whew! It seems like FOREVER, but I'm back and with a vengence. It's been many months since I've had the opportunity to update my little blog here, but a whirlwind of activities has hit me and to top it all off, I didn't have a high-speed connection. I was in cyber oblivion, for sure. At any rate, I'm back now and Christmas has come early for this cyber space junkie!
About two weeks after we got home with Leena, my DH accepted a new job which resulted in us moving back to Pennsylvania, near to where he grew up. We then moved in with Grandma Nan and have been camping out there ever since. One week ago tomorrow we closed on a new home and now I'm neck deep in cardboard boxes thinking where in the world I'm going to put the things we've emassed!
Leena is doing very well and is an absolute amazement to us every day. She is about 30 pounds and 26 inches tall (I think) and is very alert, inquisitive, funny and curious. Her vocabulary is about six words to date and she in the energizer bunny from the time she wakes up until bed time. On all accounts, she's doing fabulously for which we are immensly grateful.
That's all I can report for now. I've got a house to unpack and then decorate for Ms. Leenawinsky's first Christmas. I'm exhausted beyond measure, but today's little Internet victory is giving me new vitality.
