October 23

It's official, according to the CCAA website, referrals for the month of March only went through October 23. Nine days, I believe. Not the best of news, but an optomist would tell you that at least we're that many days closer. (YEAH RIGHT! WHEN HAVE YOU EVER KNOWN ME TO BE AN OPTOMIST!!!???) So, we begin another week in another month of waiting. To say this has been and continues to be the hardest thing I've ever been through would not begin to scratch the surface.

At this point, I can only ask for prayers. My November list group (all parents with November log in dates like us) have suggested prayer chains and I feel it certainly can't hurt. It's in God's hands, afterall. So, why not. Let's all pray for faster referrals in larger amounts. (Mind you, we're praying that this occurs within a communistic/athiest government/society....don't know how effective we'll be.) But, again, what can it hurt. A little prayer, a little luck, A LOT OF FAITH...maybe our little one will get here afterall.
