Well, there has been no parting of the red seas and no bushes are burning in our front yard, but a miracle of some sort happened: WE GOT A SHOWER GIFT! All sarcasm aside (hard as that is for me) we are extremely grateful to have gotten our first shower gift. And, it came from the first "Big Daddy" in my life, and his wife (a Pittsburgh gal, herself). We were delighted and will use the card to get the last few baby items we need before heading off to get Leena. The rest of our wish list will have to wait until we return. The upside to this is, of course, one less suitcase full of stuff to lug through the airport!
Our sincerest thanks to Big Daddy and Miss D. I have to laugh, but it would appear the number one competitor to DHs company gets the first prize trophy! (LOL!!!)
