The 'To Do' List (FYI)

Since today marks the one month countdown to our first baby shower (to be held April 28), I thought you might be interested in the pre-travel China "to do" list. This list is a compilation of what our agency told us to buy before going to China and what friends and our adoption lists have recommended. In true form, I've added other tasks that must be done prior to hopping the big silver bird for two weeks. Hopefully, you'll see that this process takes the "layette" concept way beyond anything Dr. Spock would have dreamed up. Really now, disposal bibs? Snacks? Tongue depressors? I'm sure this list will grow once we get the referral and know a little more just what size she is, what her habits are, and what (if any) likes she has in the way of toys.

Hi,
My name is Debbie, just found your blog! Love your site and wanted to say I just love your Las Vegas trip pictures of CNY. If you want to donate one to Love Without Boundaires, I would love to hear from you. We are holding a Heal a Heart Auction on Ebay in May. We are in the process of collecting donations of art work. I think one of photos would do fanastic.

I finally got on the blog!
Loved your story behind the beautiful pink blanket...also loved the ladybug in your driveway, as well as your dreaming about your daughter for the first time. I strongly believe that the Universe is telling you: "Get ready because she's coming!" All things work for good for those with love in their hearts, so how can you miss??
Love,
"Auntie" Kelly
