Since I posted about Ms. Kaden and her hiding out in the curtains of my office, I thought I'd try to catch Sophie in her normal spot. Finally got her at the top of the stairs, where she lays on the landing with her paws over the edge. She also likes to get up on the bed in the guest room which she is absolutely not allowed to do. But, if we leave a door open....she calls shotgun! Her two favorite things are belly rubs and laying on beds. Mind you, she has her own bed (well, we have two dog beds, actually; one for each dog). And, Daddy doesn't know it, but when he's out of town she sleeps with me. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
So, here is our little Sophie Rae laying around. It's a great life if you can have it, I tell ya!

What a beautiful girl Miss Sophie is! It's funny how they have their favorite spots and positions. I cannot imagine my life without pets. I feel bad for anyone who chooses not to share their life with those who can offer unconditional love and innocent devotion that makes you want to actually be the person they think you are...
She is gorgeous, beautiful colour. I love the look on her face in the stairs photo.
